Step One
Design & Customization
Steps one and two generally go hand and hand.
Select from a range of standard sizes, or create a fully custom layout to fit your property and storage needs.
Choose from multiple roof styles (A-frame, gambrel, or barn style) and siding options (wood, vinyl, or metal).
- Add architectural touches like dormers, cupolas, or porches for extra style.
- Inside options include finished lofts, staircases, or storage partitions for maximum functionality.
Our design team will guide you through each choice to balance appearance, structural integrity, and budget.
We can provide standard construction drawings for permit submission with a $500 non‑refundable deposit.
This deposit will be credited toward the total building cost if the project is purchased.
If Architectural Stamped Drawings are required, there will be an additional charge of $1,500 on top of the building cost.
Town and state requirements may vary.

Step Two
Town & Permmiting
Once all the details of your building configuration — including garage doors, windows, and layout — have been finalized, the first step is to obtain a building permit from the town where your garage will be constructed.
We can provide standard construction drawings for permit submission with a $500 non‑refundable deposit.
This deposit will be credited toward the total building cost if the project is purchased.
If Architectural Stamped Drawings are required, there will be an additional charge of $1,800 on top of the building cost.
Town and state requirements may vary.
Quote & Approval
- The estimate includes materials, labor, delivery, and setup, so you have no hidden fees.
- Review your design drawings and confirm all dimensions, doors, and window placements.
- Once you approve the layout, a deposit secures your project and places it into production scheduling.
This is also when you’ll receive estimated timelines for build and delivery, ensuring full transparency.

Step Three
04
Step Four
Site Preparation
- We’ll provide you with foundation drawings and pad requirements suited to your specific model.
- The area must be level, accessible to our delivery truck, and free from overhead obstructions such as power lines or branches.
- Depending on your town’s code, you might need a concrete slab, piers, or gravel base.
- Coordinate with any subcontractors needed for electrical work, drainage, or grading before installation.
A well-prepared site is key to a seamless delivery and setup process.
05
Step Five
Construction & Scheduling
- Quality lumber, hardware, and finishes are selected based on your design choices.
- Each component is fabricated and pre-assembled under controlled shop conditions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- During production, we’ll maintain regular updates about progress and anticipated delivery dates.
Lead times typically range from 6 to 10 weeks, depending on weather, customization, and permitting timelines.
06
Step Six
Delivery & Setup
- The building is carefully delivered and set up on-site by our professional crew.
- Sections are leveled, secured, and inspected for alignment.
- If your garage includes a second-floor loft or dormers, those components are assembled and detailed on-site.
Most installations are completed within one or two days, depending on size and foundation readiness.
